Privacy notice

AI Tattoo Artist (aitattooartist.com) is run by ND Media, based in the United Kingdom. This notice explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Contact: hello@sunnypatel.co.uk.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address, the box you ticked to agree, the style you had selected, which page you signed up on, and the date and time.
• Photos: while rendering is not switched on, a photo you choose stays in your browser. It is not sent to us.

Why and on what basis

We use your email address to tell you when rendering opens and to send occasional AI Tattoo Artist updates. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Unsubscribing

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe we keep your address on a suppression list only so we never email it again.

Who processes it

Sign-ups are stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare). Emails are sent through our email delivery provider (Brevo), which records whether each email was delivered, opened and which links were clicked. We use that only to check our emails arrive. Neither provider may use your details for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist entry until you unsubscribe or until 24 months after our last email to you, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@sunnypatel.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
